Log in →Yes. We work with organizations nationally and travel as needed for in-person engagements. Travel is billed at cost and scoped as part of every engagement agreement. We do not charge a travel premium — you pay what we pay.
Both work. The right answer depends on what the engagement requires. Diagnostic interviews and some coaching work well virtually. Facilitated team sessions and intensive leadership work tend to hold better in person. We recommend the format that best serves the outcome, not the one that is most convenient.
It starts with a conversation — not a pitch. We want to understand what you are navigating before we recommend anything. From there, if the Organizational Diagnostic is the right first step, we scope that engagement. We diagnose before we prescribe, which means we do not propose a program until we know what the actual problem is.
No. And this is important. A discovery call gives us one person's view of the problem — shaped by their position, their relationships, and what they are permitted to see from where they sit. Real diagnosis requires multiple perspectives, structured analysis, and a framework for interpreting what the data actually means. The Organizational Performance Review™ exists precisely because a phone call is not a diagnosis.
Both. Russo Leadership works primarily with organizations — executive teams, leadership cohorts, and boards. For individual leaders who want to do the identity work independently, the Undeniable Leaders Academy offers six self-paced programs built on the ICL™ framework. Executive Coaching is also available for individual leaders whose organizations are not yet engaged.
It depends on the scope. The Organizational Performance Review™ is a structured five-week diagnostic engagement. Leadership development cohorts typically run 60 to 90 days. Executive coaching and advisory partnerships are scoped based on what the work requires. We do not offer open-ended retainers — every engagement has a defined scope, a clear deliverable, and an end point.
