How Leaders Practice
Leadership Excellence is designed to move beyond reflection. Leaders use their Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders results, real examples, and one strategic priority to practice creating direction, building commitment, and sustaining movement through pressure.
Experience an example showing a leader, Charles, meeting with his group about changes they are about to experience, but not using best practices to Build Alignment and create clarity.
Leaders begin by seeing the Work of Leaders framework in action: Vision, Alignment, and Execution. The video gives them a shared language for understanding how leadership moves work through people.
Leaders use their Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders profile to understand how their style shapes the way they create vision, build alignment, and champion execution.
Each leader chooses one real strategic priority and uses it throughout the program. This keeps the work practical, relevant, and connected to something they are actually responsible for moving.
Leaders examine where their priority may break down under pressure. They learn to notice whether the issue is unclear direction, shallow alignment, weak ownership, missing rhythm, or execution that depends too much on urgency.
Each session ends with a concrete action step. Leaders leave with language, stakeholder actions, and execution practices they can apply before the next session.
