These terms govern your use of the Russo Leadership website, our assessments, and the programs and engagements we deliver. Please read them before using the Site.
Russo Leadership is the trade name of Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. ("Russo Leadership," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of russoleadership.com (the "Site") and the services, engagements, assessments, programs, and content we offer.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational and professional purposes. You agree not to:
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, frameworks, assessment materials, session materials, participant handouts, course materials, and the selection and arrangement of all of the above, are owned by Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Our proprietary framework, The Authorship-Permission Model™, together with the instruments built on it and all associated concepts, questions, scoring, and written material, is our property. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Materials provided to you as a participant are for your own professional use. You are welcome to share your own report or handout with a coach, a manager, or a colleague if you choose to. You may not resell it, publish it as your own, or use it as the basis for a training, workshop, or assessment you deliver to others.
"Russo Leadership," "The Authorship-Permission Model," "Identity in the Room," "Leadership Range," "Pressure Pattern Snapshot," and our logos are trademarks of Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission.
Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors®, and The 6 Types of Working Genius® are trademarks of their respective owners and are used by Russo Leadership under authorized partner and facilitator licenses. You may not use those marks without the prior written permission of the owner.
Some of our services use third-party assessment tools, including Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors®, and The 6 Types of Working Genius®. Those tools are owned by their respective providers, are administered on the provider's platform, and are delivered under the provider's own terms. Access codes and reports are issued to a named participant and may not be transferred to another person.
We also offer instruments developed in-house, including Leadership Range and the Pressure Pattern Snapshot. These are offered as a lens for professional reflection and as a starting point for a conversation, not as measurement instruments.
No result from any of these instruments is a clinical, psychological, or diagnostic evaluation. A result should not be used as the basis for hiring, promotion, compensation, placement, or any other employment decision, and it should not be used as the sole basis for any other significant decision about yourself or another person.
We offer consulting, coaching and advisory work, facilitation, speaking, assessments, courses, and memberships. A specific engagement may be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, and the terms of any course, membership, or program may be presented to you at the point of enrollment or purchase. Where a separate agreement or program terms conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement or program terms control for that engagement or purchase.
Course recordings and program materials are hosted on a third-party platform. Access is granted to you personally, it is tied to your own credentials, and it may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We may modify or discontinue a program, and we may end access for conduct that violates these Terms or the terms of the program.
Virtual sessions run on a third-party video platform. Where a session is recorded, we announce it at the start. You may not record, capture, transcribe, or photograph a session yourself, and you may not redistribute a recording or any part of it. This protects the material and it protects the people in the room, who speak on the understanding that what is said stays with the group.
By taking part in a recorded session, you agree that your contributions may be captured in the recording and made available to enrolled participants and, where the engagement provides for it, to the sponsoring organization. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off and take part by audio or chat.
Fees for products and services are described at the point of purchase or in your engagement agreement, and are due as presented at checkout or as set out in that agreement. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and your use of that provider is subject to its own terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Refund and cancellation terms, where offered, are those presented at the time of purchase or in the applicable program or engagement terms. Assessment purchases become nonrefundable once an access code has been issued to you, because the code is drawn against our account with the publisher at the moment it is created.
If you submit information, messages, or other content to us through the Site, you represent that you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of responding to you and providing our services. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
We will not use anything you share in a session, an assessment, or a message for research or publication without asking you first. Where we do ask, participation is voluntary, consent is obtained before any interview is recorded, and declining costs you nothing.
The Site relies on third-party services, including hosting, scheduling, forms, email delivery, course hosting, video conferencing, and payment processing, and it may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
The Site, its content, and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our content and services are intended for professional development and educational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from the use of the Site, from an assessment, or from participation in our programs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant product or service, or one hundred United States dollars if you have not made a payment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless a separate engagement agreement provides otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and we may assign them as part of a business transfer. These Terms, together with any separate agreement or program terms that apply to you and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Russo Leadership regarding the Site.
If you have questions about these Terms, please write to us and we will answer.
