These terms set out how you may use russoleadership.com and what applies when you buy an Academy course or assessment, use our free tools, or take part in a session. Please read them before you use the Site.
These Terms of Use govern your use of russoleadership.com (the “Site”) and of the sessions, Academy courses, assessments, and free tools offered through it. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Russo Leadership is the trade name of Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. (“Russo Leadership,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a team and leadership development practice. We deliver facilitated individual and team development sessions built on certified assessment tools, the self-paced Russo Leadership Academy, the monthly Alumni Lab, and the free Leadership Range self-check.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Changes take effect when they are posted, and your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
You may use the Site for your own information and to arrange, buy, or take part in our sessions and courses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, such as the name and email address of the person who will take part. You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Site.
When you use the Site, the Academy, or the Alumni Lab, you agree not to:
When an organization arranges sessions, assessments, or Academy access for its people, the written agreement between Russo Leadership and that organization sets out the scope, fees, schedule, and other terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that arrangement. Participants are still expected to follow the acceptable use and recording rules in these terms.
Academy courses and individual assessments are sold through our online shop, shop.russoleadership.com, and payments are processed by our e-commerce provider. As described on the Site, each Academy seat includes the matching individual assessment, 12 months of course access, and 12 months of the monthly live Alumni Lab.
Courses are delivered through Kajabi, our learning platform. Your access is personal to you and ends when your access period ends. Organizations that buy Academy seats for their people do so under the arrangement agreed with us.
For Academy courses and standalone assessments, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the assessment access code included with your purchase has not been used. After the code has been used, or after 14 days, purchases are non-refundable. To request a refund, email info@russoleadership.com.
Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® assessments are administered on platforms operated by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., and The 6 Types of Working Genius® assessment on a platform operated by The Table Group, Inc. When you take one of these assessments, the provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of those platforms. An assessment access code is for the named participant only.
The Leadership Range and other free tools on the Site are for self-reflection. They are not psychological, clinical, legal, employment, or other professional advice, and they are not a psychological assessment, a clinical instrument, or a predictive measure. Do not use them, or any assessment result, to make hiring, promotion, or other employment decisions about anyone.
Virtual sessions and the Alumni Lab are recorded, as described in our Privacy Policy. Recordings, course content, workbooks, and other session materials are provided for your own learning. You may not download, copy, share, or redistribute recordings or materials, or post them anywhere, without our written permission. This protects the material and the people in the room.
The Site and its content, and our course content and materials, including text, graphics, video, and design, belong to Russo Leadership or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning while your access lasts. No other rights are granted.

The Site links to and embeds services run by others, including scheduling, video, form, payment, learning, and assessment providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Site, our free tools, and our content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our sessions and courses support your development. Results depend on many factors, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Russo Leadership and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, our free tools, or our content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service that gave rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Russo Leadership and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site, our content, or our materials.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site, the Academy, or the Alumni Lab if you breach these terms, for example by sharing recordings, login details, or access codes. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement with your organization, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
