Russo Leadership works with organizations and with individual leaders, and that work involves information about you. This policy explains what we collect, why we hold it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Russo Leadership is the trade name of Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. ("Russo Leadership," "we," "us," or "our"). We deliver leadership development, team development, coaching and advisory work, assessments and diagnostics, and the programs that follow them. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit russoleadership.com (the "Site"), schedule a consultation, subscribe to our communications, purchase an assessment, join a program or the academy, participate in a session, or otherwise contact us.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
When an organization engages us to work with its people, that organization gives us the contact information and the roster information we need to run the engagement. We also receive information from the assessment publishers whose instruments we are authorized to deliver, from the platforms we use to operate the Site and our communications, and from professional networks where you have chosen to connect with us.
Russo Leadership is an independent Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®, and a Certified Facilitator for The 6 Types of Working Genius®. These instruments are published by third parties and are administered on the publisher's own platform. When you complete one, your responses are collected and processed there, your report is generated there, and the publisher handles that information under its own privacy terms. We receive your report and the administrative record we need to deliver the engagement.
When an organization purchases assessments for a group, the reports and any group-level data produced from them are shared with that organization as set out in the engagement. If you are participating through your employer, ask us or your organizer what has been agreed, and we will tell you plainly what is shared and with whom.
We also offer instruments developed in-house. Leadership Range is free and is delivered through Kit, which means the email address you enter to receive your result is added to our email list and your result is stored alongside that record so that we can send you the material that matches it. You may unsubscribe at any time, and you may ask us to delete the stored result.
The Pressure Pattern Snapshot is our diagnostic on how leadership behavior shifts under pressure. A snapshot result is a starting point for a conversation. It is not a psychological assessment, a clinical instrument, or a predictive measure. Neither instrument is used to evaluate you for employment, credit, insurance, or any similar purpose, and we do not provide an individual result to an employer unless the engagement says so and you have been told before you begin.
Where an organization engages us to deliver work with its leaders or teams, we process participant information on that organization's behalf and for the purposes of the engagement. The organization determines who participates and what it receives back. Our agreement with the client sets the limits on how the information is used, and we do not repurpose participant information for our own marketing without consent.
What you say in a session is treated as confidential to the room. Where we report back to a sponsoring organization, we report themes and group patterns rather than attributing statements to individuals, unless you have agreed otherwise.
Virtual sessions run on Zoom. When a session is recorded, we announce it at the start and the platform displays a recording indicator. A recording may capture video, audio, chat, and any files shared during the session. You may keep your camera off and take part by audio or chat instead.
Recordings and course materials are hosted on Membership.io, which manages access to the academy and to program libraries. Access is limited to enrolled participants and, where the engagement provides for it, to the sponsoring organization. We ask that participants do not download, copy, or redistribute session recordings, both to protect the material and to protect the people in the room.
The Authorship-Permission Model™ was developed from interview research conducted with participants who agreed in advance to take part. Participation is voluntary. Consent is obtained before any interview is recorded, and participants are told how their material may be used before they answer anything.
Site activity, assessment responses, program participation, and session content are not treated as research data. If we ever want to use something you have shared for research or for published work, we will ask you directly, we will tell you how it would appear, and you are free to say no.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Site is used so that we can improve it. Some cookies are essential to the operation of the Site, while others support analytics and performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you disable certain cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
The providers we rely on are Webflow, which hosts the Site, Kit, which delivers our email communications, processes forms, and handles payments for assessments and paid programs, Membership.io, which hosts the academy and program recordings, Zoom, which runs our virtual sessions, Calendly, which manages scheduling, JotForm, which processes certain forms, and Microsoft, which supports our business email, files, and correspondence. Kit processes card payments through its own payment processor. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use embedded tools provided by third parties, including scheduling and form embeds. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites and tools. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our relationship with you, and to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Engagement records and assessment reports are retained for the period agreed with the client organization. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record so that we can honor your request not to be contacted. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
The Site and our programs are intended for working professionals and are not directed to children. You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the revised policy.
