  • Assessment and engagement information when you participate in an assessment, coaching, or facilitation engagement. Assessment responses are administered through the relevant assessment platform.
  • Account and community information if you join a course, membership, or community we offer.
  • Billing details when you purchase a product or service. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full payment card numbers.

  • Device and usage data, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the pages that refer you, and the time you spend on the Site.

The service providers we rely on may include Webflow, which hosts the Site, Kit, which delivers our email communications, Calendly, which supports scheduling, JotForm, which processes certain forms, Microsoft, which supports our business email and correspondence, and the assessment platforms used to administer Everything DiSC® and related tools. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use embedded tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites and tools. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
