Led by an Everything DiSC® expert, the Workplace profile comes to life through a facilitated learning experience that helps participants move from self-awareness to practical relationship-building.
Each module is designed to spark conversation, reflection, and real application.
Module 1
Participants learn the DiSC model and map, understand their own style, and begin to see how their behavioral tendencies may show up at work.
Module 2
Participants use Catalyst™ to learn more about one another, compare styles, and discuss how they can work together more effectively.
Module 3
Participants explore their workplace priorities, motivators, and stressors so they can better understand what energizes them and what may create tension.
Module 4
