The architect behind Undeniable Latinas

Nayli Russo is a Venezuelan immigrant and leadership strategist whose work centers on one core question: What happens to human beings inside systems of power — and how do we hold power without losing ourselves?

She has operated inside some of the highest-stakes institutional environments — from Major League Baseball to national healthcare organizations — as a fixer, chief of staff, and strategist behind the scenes. She knows firsthand what it means to succeed inside systems that were not designed for women like her.

And she also knows what it means to outgrow them.

After years inside elite power structures, Nayli recognized a pattern most leadership culture never names: unchecked power distorts perception, erodes agency, and slowly trains people to betray themselves in the name of success.

Her work is grounded in a simple but radical belief: Leadership is not performance. It’s authorship. And authorship begins with seeing the system you are inside clearly enough to stop letting it define you.
