12 months of the Alumni Lab: a live virtual session every month. Each month we explore a different workplace topic, with DiSC as the lens. Sessions are recorded so you can watch later.

It isn’t a repeat of the session or course you bought, and you don’t need to have taken a specific one. Each session includes a short teaching segment, reflection, practical application and discussion with other alumni. No preparation is needed, and each month stands on its own, so come to the ones that fit your schedule.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. STEP 1

    Finish your session or buy a course

    Take part in an Everything DiSC® session or Team Cohesion, or enroll in an Academy course.

  2. STEP 2

    You get an invitation

    We invite you to the Alumni Lab, with the details for joining the live sessions on Zoom.

  3. STEP 3

    Join live, or watch the recording

    Come to the live session each month. If you can’t make it, watch the recording in the learning platform: Log in to the Academy.

The learning doesn’t stop when the session ends.

It’s free for 12 months, it’s recorded, and it works whichever session you took.

QUESTIONS

Do I need to be from the same company or the same session?

No. The Alumni Lab isn’t tied to the session or course you bought, and you don’t need to have taken a specific one. Each month explores a different workplace topic with DiSC as the lens, so alumni from different sessions can join the same Lab.

Is it really free?

Yes. 12 months of the Alumni Lab are included at no extra cost with every Everything DiSC® session, Team Cohesion (The Five Behaviors® Team Development) and every Academy course.

What if I miss a session?

Watch the recording. Sessions are recorded, and alumni watch them in the learning platform: log in to the Academy. Each month stands on its own, so you can join the next live session without catching up first.

How long do I have access?

12 months. During that time you can join the live session each month and watch the recordings.

Is the Alumni Lab included with How Work Moves?

No. How Work Moves, our session built on The 6 Types of Working Genius®, doesn’t include the Alumni Lab.
