Working relationships

Everything DiSC®

Workplace

Build better working relationships.

You prefer to move quickly. A colleague wants more detail. Another needs time to talk it through. Those differences shape how work gets done and how you experience one another.

Workplace helps you understand your own style, recognize different priorities, and explore adjustments that can make everyday communication and collaboration more effective.

A fit when: You want to work more effectively with colleagues, clients, or partners whose approach differs from yours.

What you’ll explore

  • Recognize the priorities, motivators, and stressors associated with your DiSC style.
  • Explore how different styles approach work and where misunderstandings can arise.
  • Identify ways to adapt your communication and strengthen a working relationship.

Bring it into your work

Think of one relationship where communication takes more effort than it should. Use the learning to choose an adjustment to your pace, level of detail, or approach, then notice the response.

Emotional agility

Everything DiSC®

Agile EQ

Respond with the mindset the moment requires.

Some conversations call for patience. Others require you to speak directly, consider another perspective, or hold your ground. You may feel comfortable with some of those responses and avoid others when an interaction gets difficult.

Agile EQ helps you recognize your familiar patterns, understand where you may need to stretch, and explore approaches that fit the situation.

A fit when: You want more choice in how you respond to demanding interactions at work.

Explore what you’ll learn

  • Recognize when a situation may call for a response outside your comfort zone.
  • Identify a specific stretch practice using your personalized insights.

Bring it into your work

Bring to mind a conversation you are preparing for. Consider what it needs from you (composure, empathy, confidence, or another response) and choose what to practice.

Navigating disagreement

Everything DiSC®

Productive Conflict

Make disagreement more constructive.

A question feels like criticism. You push harder, withdraw, or keep replaying the conversation afterward. Your response can become part of what makes the disagreement harder to resolve.

Productive Conflict helps you examine how you respond to conflict, recognize the thoughts behind those reactions, and consider a more constructive next move.

A fit when: You want to understand your part in difficult conversations and approach disagreement with more intention.

Explore what you’ll learn

What you’ll explore

  • Explore how your DiSC style can influence your response to conflict.
  • Recognize productive and destructive conflict behaviors, including your own tendencies.
  • Examine automatic thoughts and explore ways to reframe them before responding.

Bring it into your work

Reflect on a disagreement that stayed with you. Separate what happened from the interpretation you made, then consider a different response you could try.

Your enrollment includes

Your personalized assessment, individual report, self-paced course, and 12 months of Academy course access from enrollment.

Managing others

Everything DiSC®

Management

Adapt how you manage to the people you lead.

The direction one person welcomes can feel restrictive to another. The encouragement that motivates you may do little for someone on your team. Managing people requires more than repeating the approach that works for you.

Management helps you understand your management style and explore how to adapt the way you direct, delegate, motivate, develop others, and manage up.

A fit when: You manage people and want practical ways to adapt your approach to different working styles and needs.

Leadership practice

Contributing to a team

The Five Behaviors®

Personal Development

Strengthen what you bring to shared work.

You can do your own work well and still find teamwork difficult. Asking for help, raising a concern, committing to a decision, or addressing a missed agreement all require deliberate practice.

The Five Behaviors Personal Development helps you examine your teamwork tendencies through trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results, and identify how you can contribute more effectively.

A fit when: You work across one or more teams and want to become a more effective teammate, whether or not you manage others.

How it works

Choose a focus. Make time to use it.

  1. Choose your course

Explore the course details and sample report, then select Enroll now to continue to the shop. Contact us if you need help choosing.

  2. Learn at your pace

Complete the matching assessment and work through your course independently. Your Academy access lasts 12 months from enrollment.

  3. Apply it to your work

Choose a real conversation or responsibility where the learning is relevant. Try an adjustment and notice what happens.

For organizations

Keep development accessible as people join.

A few new people may need learning your colleagues have already completed. Academy seats give them a way to learn independently without waiting for another facilitated program.

Arrange seats for your people.

  • Choose the course that fits each learner’s responsibilities.
  • Coordinate assessment access with your existing company setup, including Catalyst where your company has it.
  • Agree who receives completion information and how your organization will support application.

Company seats cover the course. Assessment billing follows your company’s agreement. Contact us to confirm the setup and pricing for your learners.

Discuss company seats

Before you enroll

A few practical questions.

Can I enroll on my own?

Yes. Individual seats are available for self-directed learning. The listed individual price includes your course and matching standalone assessment report.

Is this a live or facilitated program?

No. Academy courses are self-paced, with no live sessions. Your seat includes assessment and course access as described above; it does not include coaching, an assessment debrief, or facilitator support.

How long do I have to complete the course?

You have 12 months of Academy course access from enrollment. You decide when to work through the learning within that period.

What if I already have an assessment?

Contact us before enrolling so we can confirm the matching assessment and access arrangement. Individual seats include a standalone profile, not Catalyst. For company learners, we confirm access and assessment billing under the company’s agreement.

Will this replace a team workshop?

Academy courses support individual learning. They do not include a group report, facilitated team discussion, or a sponsor note. If your team needs to work through shared challenges together, we can help you choose an appropriate facilitated engagement.

How do I put the learning into practice?

Use a real situation to decide what you want to try, then review what you notice. You own that application; an employer may also support it. Completing a course does not by itself demonstrate capability or a change in behavior.

Take the next step

What would help you in the work you do now?

Choose the course that fits your next step. If you are deciding between topics or arranging seats for your people, we can help you confirm the fit.
